Ingredients:

Water, Wheat Flour, Thickener (E1442), Wheat Gluten, Roasted Buckwheat Flour, Salt, Corn Oil, Soybean Oil, Stabiliser (E422, E450ii), Emulsifier (E322 (Soy), E475), Acidity Regulator (E270, E260, E325, E501, E500), Colour (E150d), Thickener (E405).

Preparation: Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Add 1 packet of Obento Soba Noodles and cook for 1-2 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.

Store at room temperature in a dry and cool place. Avoid sunlight.
