Rice: Short grain rice (100%).
Seasoning Sauce Sachet: Soy sauce (32%) [Water, Soybean (20%), Wheat, Salt], Mirin [Rice, Water, Alcohol, Maltose], Sake [Rice, Water, Yeast extract, Alcohol], Salt, Kombu juice, Yeast extract.
Mushroom sachet: Water, Mushrooms (50%) [Shimeji mushrooms (40%), Shiitake mushrooms (40%), Nameko mushrooms (20%)], Acidity regulator: Citric acid.

Suitable for Vegans
- Rinse the rice 2-3 times in cold water and soak for 15-30 minutes before draining completely.
- Into a saucepan add the rice, 170ml of cold water, and the included seasoning and then mix well. Place the mushrooms (drained), mangetout beans and any additional ingredients of your choice on top of the rice without mixing.
- On a medium heat bring the mixture to a boil and then simmer on low heat with the lid on for approximately 12 minutes or until the water is fully absorbed (do not open the lid while cooking).
- Turn the heat off and let the mixture rest with the lid on for an additional 10 – 15 minutes. Gently stir the rice and add thinly sliced spring onions and serve.
