777 Frozen Whole Cantonese Roast Duck 1.4kg–1.6kg is a fully cooked, frozen roast duck prepared in traditional Cantonese style. Simply heat for 20–25 minutes to enjoy crispy skin and tender, flavourful meat, perfect for family meals or festive gatherings.
Cooking Instructions: Defrost the duck thoroughly before cooking. Preheat oven to 200C/Fan 180C/Gas Mark 7. Remove all packaging. You may use foil to cover the duck’s head and leg ends to prevent overheating. Place the roast duck on an oven tray in the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 20 minutes. Cook for an additional 5 minutes for extra crispiness.
