Unique yam flavoured sliced noodles, simply boil for 4 minutes, either serve with your favourite vegetable and protein, or alternatively add to your soup base.
Size: 400g
Ingredients: Wheat flour, yam starch (2.5%), salt water
Cooking instructions: Add Sau Tao yam sliced noodles into boiling water, stir constantly with chopsticks to avoid the noodles sticking together. Cook for approximately 4 minutes, set aside. Either add to your soup base and serve. Alternatively add to your dry mix and serve.
