These noodles are mellow in taste and smooth in texture. Ontrue brand selects only the highest quality wheat from Shangdong. During production these noodles are rolled eight times and left to dry at low temperatures for 5 hours. These noodles are used to create dishes such as Beijing Bean Sauce noodles, Sesame Paste Noodles and Hot Soup Noodles.
