GONG CHOI 300G 贡菜
贡菜 Gong Choi in Chinese is also known as Yamakurage in Japanese. Made from the stems of Celtuce or Chinese Lettuce. It has a crunchy texture that is similar to celery. It is commonly used in stir-fries, soups, hot pots, and as a filling for dumplings and buns. It can also be pickled or preserved for longer storage and added to salads and appetisers.
Cooking Instructions: Can be eaten cold from the package or be added to stir fries, hot pot etc. Can be stored in a cool, dry place but is best refrigerated.
