Ingredients: Rings 40% (Squid, (MOLLUSC) and FISH protein, starch, salt, sugar and gelling agent (E407 carrageenan)), WHEAT flour, water, sunflower oil, yeast, salt, starch (WHEAT), thickener (E412), raising agents (E450, E500) and colour (E101)

Cooking instructions:

For best results cook from frozen. Fry over medium temperature for approx 2 minutes, turning frequently. Ensure food is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving.
