Ambient long-life udon noodles. Japanese style thick wheat noodles. Ideal for having in soups and stir-fries.

Ingredients: Water, Wheat Flour, Cassava starch, Salt, Acidity regulator: Lactic Acid (E270), Thickener: Sodium Alginate(E401).
