Fragrant Sesame Garlic Stir-Fry with Sau Tao Noodles Recipe

  1. Prepare Sau Tao Noodles:

    • Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
    • Add Sau Tao Thin Hong Kong Style Egg Noodles and cook according to package instructions (usually 3-4 minutes).
    • Drain the noodles and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
  2. Stir-Fry Sauce:

    • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, and grated ginger. Set aside.
  3. Stir-Fry Vegetables and Tofu:

    • Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
    • Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
    • Add cubed tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides.
    • Add broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Combine Noodles and Sauce:

    • Add the cooked Sau Tao noodles to the wok, tossing them with the vegetables and tofu.
    • Pour the prepared stir-fry sauce over the noodles and vegetables. Continue tossing to coat everything evenly.
  5. Finish and Garnish:

    • Once everything is well coated and heated through, remove the wok from the heat.
    • Garnish with sesame seeds and fresh coriander leaves if desired.
  6. Serve:

    • Divide the fragrant sesame garlic stir-fry among plates or bowls.
    • Serve immediately, and enjoy your delicious Sau Tao noodle stir-fry!
