Stir Fry: Defrost at room temperature for 1-2 hours. Stir fry (medium heat) with vegetables in sesame oil and oyster sauce.

For Hotpot & Soup: Put in boiling water or stock at 100 degrees for approximately 10 minutes. Boil with other meats and vegetables.

Microwave: Put in microwave food container with lid. Microwave for 2-3 minutes (700W). Adjust accordingly.
