
FRESH ASIA BEEF & CELERY DUMPLINGS 400G 香源牛肉芹菜水餃
Fresh Asia Beef & Celery Dumplings – finely minced beef blended with crisp celery, wrapped in smooth dumpling pastry. Great for boiling, steaming, or pan-frying.
Cooking instructions: For best results cook from frozen
Boil: Bring 1.5 litres of water to the boil. Place dumplings into the boiling water, wait for the water to boil again and cook for 6 minutes, stir occasionally.
Shallow Fry: Preheat frying pan over a medium heat. Lightly spread one teaspoon of oil when hot. Place the dumplings in the pan for 5 minutes, turning continuously. Add enough boiling water to half cover the dumplings. Cover the pan and simmer for a further 5 minutes. Drain and serve.
Steam: Prepare a steamer, place a plate in the middle and heat the steamer. When steam is present lightly spread one teaspoon of oil on the plate. Place the dumplings on to the plate and steam for 15-20 minutes. Take care the pan does not boil dry.
