For our Enjuku Koji Soup, we use our Enjuku Koji Miso made from organic soybeans, Japanese rice and sun-dried sea salt.
The soup's rich flavour and aroma are derived from high proportion of Koki (rice malt) instead of artificial flavours. Enjuku Koji Miso Soup is produced through a special heatless process to leave the miso cultures and enzymes intact, drawing out the full-bodied taste of fresh miso.

Ingredients:
Miso paste: Soybean paste (Water, Soy beans, Rice, Salt), Water, Alcohol, Sugar, Kelp extract, salt.
Garnish: Seaweed, Baked gluten (Wheat flour, Wheat gluten, Sodium bicarbonate), Green onion, Yeast extract powder, Sugar, Dried bonito (fish) powder, Salt.
Store in a cool dry place.
