Lee Kum Kee Peking Duck Sauce 383g is a sweet and savoury Chinese sauce made to serve with roasted duck. This duck pancake sauce has a smooth texture and a slightly sweeter flavour than traditional hoisin sauce. The balanced taste pairs well with duck, pancakes, cucumber and spring onions.
