Compared with Panda Oyster Sauce, this premium version contains a stronger oyster flavour and a richer taste. Panda Oyster Sauce is often used for everyday cooking, while the premium sauce offers deeper flavour for stir-fries and sauces. This oyster sauce also works well in marinades and braised dishes.
