SAU TAO Shrimp Egg Noodle are a Delicious Hong Kong Delicacy that are made with eggs and shrimp flavouring and easy to prepare. Known for their spring texture and rich flavour. Often used in traditional Cantonese dishes like stir-fried noodles or noodle soups. Produced by Sau Tao a well known Hong Kong brand producing high-quality noodles.

Ingredients:
Wheat Flour, Egg White, Salt, Tapioca Starch, Acidity Regulator (E501(i)), Flavour Enhancer (E621), Sugar, Shrimp Egg, Water.
Cooking instructions: Add Sau Tao shrimp-egg noodles into boiling water, stir constantly with chopsticks to avoid the noodles sticking together. Cook for approximately 2 minutes, set aside. Add your vegetables and protein, serve immediately.
Microwave: Put noodles in a microwave bowl, add boiling water. Microwave on high for approximately 3 minutes, remove and stir well with chopsticks. Next drain the water and serve immediately.
