These wrappers for Siu Mai, are thin, round dough skins made from wheat flour. These wrappers are essential for enclosing the savoury filling and giving the dumplings their characteristic shape. Siu Mai wrappers are thin and slightly elastic, allowing them to stretch and fold without tearing when filled and shaped.

Size: 200g

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Water, Wheat Gluten, Maize Starch, Pasteurised Egg, Stabiliser Potassium Carbonate E501, E160a


Cooking Instructions: Remove pastry from fridge and allow 10 minutes or more, wrap with meat or vegetables. Bring sufficient water to the boil, cook in boiling water until they float to the top, drain water and serve.


Contains wheat gluten.

Keep refrigerated: 

1°C to 5°C, suitable for home freezing: Freeze on the day of purchase.
