Yang Chun noodles, also known as Yang Chun Mian, are a type of Chinese noodle dish originating from the Yang Chun region of Guangdong Province, China. These noodles are characterised by their thin, flat shape and are typically made from wheat flour.
Boil sufficient water in a pad, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Cook the noodles for 1.5 minutes and then drain. Ideal for soup or simmer over slow fire with sauces. Add extra ingredients as desired such as egg, meat and vegetables.
