Hey everyone, Liam here! I am a Nottingham based foodie who creates recipes that I post on my Instagram page (@yummybyliam). Not only do I post the recipes, but I also post a full video cook-along so you can recreate the recipe easily at home!
I grew up with my amazing family and always ate delicious Cantonese food - I remember being a child and being fascinated with watching all of my favourite dishes come together in the wok! My parents owned a takeaway for many years, so as soon as I was old enough, I was straight in there working and it kept inspiring me to learn more. My food journey took me to study Catering & Hospitality at college – I honestly loved my 3 years doing this as I learnt so much about different techniques, different international cuisines and fundamental cooking skills that constantly inspire my recipes
Although I no longer work within the food industry (I now work within Learning & Development), having my Instagram page has helped to keep my love of food alive and I love nothing more than seeing people recreate my recipes and enjoying them with their family and friends!
