Buckwheat style sliced noodles. Simply boil for 6 minutes, either serve with your favourite vegetable and protein, or alternatively add to your soup base.

Ingredients: Wheat (Gluten) Flour, Buckwheat (3%) , Salt.

Cooking instructions: Add Sau Tao Buckwheat style sliced noodles into boiling water, stir constantly with chopsticks to avoid the noodles sticking together. Cook for approximately 6 minutes, set aside. Either add to your soup base and serve. Alternatively add to your dry mix and serve.
